For Providers & Professional Partners

Overview

I partner with healthcare providers, legal and financial professionals, and academic institutions whose clients are navigating complex change and benefit from structured, non-clinical coaching support.

My role is to support the human side of change when stress, uncertainty, or decision fatigue make it harder for people to follow through, think things through, or sustain new behaviors while remaining firmly within the scope of coaching.

This work does not replace medical, legal, or financial guidance. It complements professional work by helping clients slow down, regain steadiness, and move forward in ways they can maintain.

How coaching supports your work

Partners often refer clients when professional recommendations are sound, but stress, overload, or uncertainty are interfering with implementation.

Coaching provides a confidential, structured space where clients can:

  • Regulate overwhelm and restore capacity for clear thinking

  • Work through transitions from old patterns to new, health-supportive habits

  • Clarify priorities and decisions without receiving medical or legal advice

  • Strengthen consistency and follow-through between professional visits

The aim is steadiness, sustainability, and lasting change.

Scope & boundaries

This work is:

  • Non-clinical and non-therapeutic

  • Confidential

  • Focused on decision support and habit sustainability

  • Designed to complement professional guidance.

I do not diagnose, treat, provide medical advice, or interfere with existing medical, legal, or financial guidance.

Communication with referring professionals occurs only when appropriate and with client consent.

Background & training

I am a Georgetown-certified Health & Wellness Coach and am currently completing hours toward board certification through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches, with plans to sit for the exam later this year.

My training emphasizes stress-informed decision support, behavior change, and sustainable habit development under real-life conditions and pressures, particularly during periods of uncertainty or transition.

Partnership models

Partnerships are flexible and typically take one of the following forms:

  • Referral-based coaching support

  • Contracted coaching support for practices or organizations

  • Embedded or program-based coaching in select settings

I’m happy to explore what structure best aligns with your practice or institution.

If you’re curious whether coaching support could benefit your clients, I’d welcome a conversation to explore alignment.
