If you have ever found yourself circling the same questions, unsure which direction to trust, or wondering whether the steadiness of life you once felt will return, you are not alone. I understand these moments because I have lived them.
I knew a period of change was coming. My children were graduating, and I was preparing for the empty nest everyone talks about.
What I did not expect was to lose three of the most important men in my life within a single year. My stepfather, my father, and my husband passed away in short succession.
The life I had known changed almost overnight. Decisions that once felt manageable became more complex and consequential, and I found myself navigating grief and major life transitions all at once. I was still functioning and meeting responsibilities, the uncertainty was overwhelming and I could not see a clear way forward.
During this time I found coaching. It helped me slow things down. I looked honestly at what mattered and began making decisions even when there were no guarantees. Over time, one decision at a time, life became more workable.
What changed most was not my circumstances, but how I related to them. I learned to live with uncertainty, trust my judgment again, and stay open to what might come next without forcing outcomes.
That experience shapes how I work today.
I bring lived experience, careful listening, and a decision-focused coaching approach to support clients moving through loss, burnout, or major change. This work centers on restoring judgment, widening perspective, and making choices that hold up in real life.
