Decision-focused support for navigating uncertainty, complexity, and change at work and in life.

When situations change, even small choices can feel impossible.
Sustained pressure, major transitions, or loss can narrow perspective and lead to second-guessing, especially when the implications of a decision feel real on both sides.
These moments can be difficult, but they can also open possibilities that weren’t visible before, once decisions are approached with perspective and care.
I most often work with individuals navigating periods of change, including career shifts, burnout, loss, or identity transitions, who want to make decisions they can trust and live with over time.
This is where we begin.
We work deliberately with the decisions in front of you, supporting perspective, judgment, and follow-through so you can move forward in a way that fits real life and holds up as things continue to unfold.

You’re capable. You’ve handled hard things.
Life may have changed in ways you didn’t expect, or gradually tightened through responsibility or loss. You adjusted. You kept going. Somewhere along the way, decisions started to take more effort, and second-guessing crept in.
Lately, everything feels more demanding. You’re managing competing responsibilities, making decisions with real consequences, and managing the pressure to get it right. Familiar questions don’t resolve easily. You sense there may be more available to you, even if you can’t yet name what that looks like.
I work with clients navigating periods of significant change that require careful decision-making and a thoughtful way forward.
I offer a coaching partnership focused on working through decisions, reducing second-guessing, and identifying realistic options that fit your life.
I coach from lived experience and from listening closely at key turning points. What makes this work different is its respect for both your experience and what you still want. It’s designed to support renewal within the life you already have.
I also collaborate with healthcare providers, legal and financial professionals, and academic institutions to support clients during periods of transition and sustained follow-through.
Private Coaching Partnership
When your life looks fine, but making decisions feels harder than it used to.
This partnership is for individuals who have moved through significant change and want to reassess decisions, regain perspective, and re-engage with their lives inside the life they already have.
This is ongoing, one-on-one support over time. We work together as decisions become more workable and direction becomes easier to sustain. Some conversations focus on untangling specific decisions. Others focus on what is no longer working and what you want to change or strengthen next.
The difference is that you do not have to work through these questions on your own.
This partnership is about widening perspective, supporting engagement, and staying connected to what matters as things continue to unfold.

When you know something needs to change, but you want to make a considered decision rather than react.
Kickstart is a focused, private session designed for moments when decisions are circling and urgency is narrowing perspective. We look at context, patterns, and competing demands to assess options and identify a direction that fits real conditions.
This is a single engagement that includes a 90-minute session and two brief follow-up check-ins to support follow-through as you begin to act on the decision you’ve made.
Reserve Your Kickstart SessionDoes this sound familiar?
-> Responsibilities are being met, but decisions take longer and feel harder to resolve.
-> You revisit the same questions without landing on an answer you trust.
->You’re facing a decision where each option involves meaningful risk or consequence..
-> Change or loss has complicated decisions that once felt straightforward.
-> Your mind stays busy, replaying conversations, choices, and possible outcomes.
->You're responsible for making decisions while conditions keep shifting.
In these moments, the direction forward is unclear, even though staying in place isn’t workable.
What’s possible instead
-> Decisions move from repeated reconsideration to a direction you can act on.
->You gain perspective on what matters most right now.
->Options become clearer, even without perfect certainty.
->Choices are made deliberately rather than under pressure.
-> Forward movement becomes workable and sustainable.
-> You regain confidence in your ability to decide as things continue to unfold.
Sound judgment creates workable options and new possibilities.
Why I understand
I understand these moments because I’ve lived them.
Within a short span of time, I lost my husband, my father, and my stepfather, and soon after became an empty nester. Everything shifted quickly, and decisions that once felt manageable became more complex and consequential.
Coaching gave me a disciplined way to slow decision-making down and regain perspective. It helped me clarify what mattered, assess options honestly, and make decisions even when there were no guarantees. One decision at a time, life became more workable.
That experience is why I do this work.
I support clients moving through loss, burnout, or major change who are navigating decisions about how to move forward without forcing artificial either/or choices.
